THE go to shop! Back for another review after a major issue now fixed my Formula Automotive.... Ive been going here for over 10yrs now. Their inspections are more thorough than any Lexus dealership ive been to and found underlying issues not called out in a week previous Lexus bumper to bumper inspection.. My 08 IFS has 165k on it and is running like new. Art and the team are pros.

I first found this place when I took my wife's Porsche to Ryanair and was quoted 1200 for 1st service lol I went to a few places everyone said they can do it but can't reset the service light. As I was driving by I saw this spot and decided to give it one last try before taking it back to the dealer. Well they serviced it and reset the service light and it cost me a third of the price while maintaining the same quality of work. Value for service is great, atmosphere is nice and clean with a nice little waiting area with umbrella and all. I can't recommend this place enough. Today I brought my new track new for wheels and tire upgrade. They do everything even for us racers from service alignment and big brake jobs. 1 stop shop I'm a loyal customer for life.

I recently had some work done on my 2018 Dodge Ram at Formula Automotive Group, and I must say, I couldn't be more impressed with the service provided by Arthur and his team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy.Arthur took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the intricacies of my vehicle and provided valuable insights throughout the process.The work was completed in a timely manner, and when I picked up my truck, I was blown away by the results. I went here two days in a row hoping to use this business and be a returning customer. The first day I came in, I was bringing my car that had died on the road and I came by to ask them for a jumper cable to bring my car, we had a little disagreement because he said it was an expensive cable so I need to leave a deposit. When I saw the cable I said fine, I left him my card. Bought oil from him and when and brought the car to him. He was to look for an oil leak, tie up a panel underneath, replace TPMS sensor and a a battery. Well I bought a battery, came through and asked him to do everything. He charged me a somewhat reasonable rate of $254. I went on to do smog which the car failed because of a thermostat and coolant temperature sensor. I went on to buy OEM parts from Chevy took it back to him to change it. He couldn’t finish it so the next day he sends me pics that the thermostat had been removed from the car. After the replacement of the sensor and thermostat, when I go to pick up the car, he charges me $461 in total. Mind you I bought the parts. His reasoning is that I never asked for the price. I've been taking my car here for several years. Arthur, the general manager, is awesome. The prices are fair, the and the work done is excellent. I'm invited to view the parts that need replacement and invited again to see them before they are discarded. I replaced nearly every moving part in my 1998 Maxima and never trusted by car at a dealership. I highly recommended Formula Automotive Group in Glendale and look forward to bring my new C-Max here for service in the future.
